AJ Kehl with his wife and daughter

I spent 22 years in the U.S. Air Force — retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant and Fire Chief — leading fire protection teams across global missions, managing crisis operations, and mentoring hundreds of Airmen. Now I bring that same mission-first, people-first approach to real estate: lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and help others succeed.

Whether I'm helping a family buy their first home in Las Vegas, guiding a seller through a listing, or connecting a service member with a trusted agent at their next duty station through Frontline Relocation Network, the standard is the same one I held myself to in uniform — clear communication, zero pressure, and follow-through you can count on.

Speaking & Leadership

I still take the stage and coach organizations on leadership under pressure — it's part of my story, and available for those looking for it specifically.

My Mission

To serve with purpose, lead with authenticity, and elevate the people and organizations I work with.

My Values

  • Service Before Self – It's how I led in uniform, and it's how I serve now.
  • Clarity Over Complexity – Whether buying a home or leading a team, I believe people thrive when the path is clear.
  • Follow-Through Matters – I show up, do the work, and honor every commitment.
  • Growth Is Earned – I believe in continuous improvement—for myself and those I work with.

A Bit More About Me

I'm proud to call Las Vegas home, where I live with my family and continue to serve others in this new chapter. When I'm not working, you'll find me coaching leaders, enjoying time outdoors, or staying involved with the fire service and veteran community that shaped me.
