Do I have to be military to use the nationwide referral?

No. Frontline serves active-duty members, veterans, military spouses and first responders, and their families. If you are buying or selling anywhere in the U.S. and fit one of those groups, tell me the city or state and I will match you with a local agent there.

What does it cost to get matched with an agent?

It is free to you. The agent I connect you with pays a referral fee to my brokerage from their commission after you close. You do not pay more, and the price of the home is not affected.

How fast will I hear from a local agent?

Usually within a business day or two after I hear from you. I talk with the agent about your situation first, so they reach out with your timeline and loan already in mind rather than a cold call.

Can I still use my VA loan in another state?

Yes. The VA home loan benefit works in every state for a primary residence. Your lender and the local agent handle state-specific steps. I can also point you to my VA loan guide so you know what to ask.

What if I don't like the agent I'm matched with?

Tell me. A referral only works if the fit is right, and I would rather introduce you to someone else than have you stick with a poor match.

Is AJ licensed outside Nevada?

No. I am licensed in Nevada. Outside Nevada, the agent you work with is licensed in that state. I make the introduction, prepare them on your situation and follow up through the move.
